MaDora Stone’s Cancellation Policy
At MaDora Stone, we are dedicated to providing timely document processing and exceptional customer service to all our clients. We recognize that your well-being and document needs are of utmost importance.
To ensure smooth scheduling, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please note that cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee. This fee will be either 20% of the reserved services or $50, whichever is greater.
If you arrive more than 24 hours late for your scheduled meeting, we may not be able to accommodate you, and the same cancellation fee will apply. However, we will make every effort to reschedule your service at a more convenient time.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please reach out to us at least two days prior to your appointment. You can contact us at (800) 782-1084 or complete the attached cancellation form by 5:00 p.m. the day before your appointment. Additionally, for a Monday appointment, please ensure you call our office or submit the cancellation form by 5:00 p.m. on the preceding Friday.
